I absolutely love The Bay Area. I grew up in the East Bay in a small town called Clayton (see that gallery here). From the crisp-cool weather during the summers to the amazing landmarks scattered throughout the lands, it's no wonder I love being around this wonderful place!
I was born and raised in the beautiful town of Clayton, CA. From the backdrop of Mt. Diablo to the beautiful people that inhabit the area, Clayton will always have a piece of my soul.
Yosemite National Park is what I like to refer to as 'GOD'S THEME PARK.' There park is so dense with amazing formations and animals that it feels like God specifically created the spot to remind us to relax and keep this planet beautiful.
My passion for photography was the direct result of living in the Pacific Northwest. My family was situated in Portland, OR and we welcomed our first daughter in 2011. The combination of her birth and the amazing landscapes motivated me to pick up my first DSLR camera and start learning the craft.
I grew fascinated with moon and eclipse photography when I learned that my camera could be adapted to a telescope. Additioally, the eclipse shots here are from my birthday, 8/21/17!
The Yolo County area is dense with sunflowers during the summer months. When I'm not in those fields, I like to take macro shots of other flowers and vegetation.
